Global Wallet® 2.7.1

We would like to inform you that the Velocity Global Wallet® program is coming to a conclusion. Until 31 October 2021, you will retain the capability to utilize your funds for purchases or ATM withdrawals, with the option to redeem funds beyond this date. Effective 1 February 2021, significant changes will come into effect:
· you will no longer accrue Velocity Points through Global Wallet®
· transactions at ATMs and fund redemptions will incur fees

The use of your Physical and Virtual cards has been prolonged as a gesture of convenience solely for facilitating fund redemptions. As of 30 June 2021, the opportunity to request a replacement Physical card has ceased, and this remains unchanged.

The deadline for utilizing your Physical and Virtual cards has been extended from 31 July 2021 to continue functioning until 31 October 2021. Your Virtual card will remain accessible within the Global Wallet App until 31 October 2021.

However, the final day for conducting transactions in currencies other than AUD is 26 September 2021.

From 27 September 2021 until and including 31 October 2021, you can only conduct transactions or make ATM withdrawals in AUD.

Around 28 September, any remaining balance in Foreign Currency Wallets will be converted to AUD. Non-AUD Foreign Currency Wallets will be closed simultaneously, with AUD balances transferred to your AUD Wallet within seven days.

From 1 November 2021, you will no longer be able to use your Physical or Virtual cards. Redemption requests can only be made through the Account Centre.
